3) What was the most common reason for not choosing to prosecute?
4) Out of all the sexual assaults prosecuted by the Crown, how many were convicted?
5) What was the most common reason the Crown lost the cases?
6) In the year 2019, how many persons from East Dunbartonshire were prosecuted by the Crown?
7) What was the most common crime prosecuted?

I refer to the FOI response R023621 sent to you at 14:50 on 15 July 2020.

It was brought to my attention that one of the descriptions, in the second part of the table provided for questions 4 & 5, used the term 'Acquitted' for one of the no conviction reasons. This was considered too generic a term and this has been changed to 'No Case to Answer'.

A revised FOI Response is attached dated 16 July 2020.

I apologise for any inconvenience this might cause.
