Dear Mr Margery
I am writing in respect of your enquiry for information held by this
Authority received on 15 August 2019 and to confirm that we have completed
the search for the information that you requested. The information you
have sought is set out below.
a) Inspections of HMOs
Not all visits to HMOs recorded and therefore the Council does not hold
this information. On average 15 HMOs are visited each year and the
officers visiting have recorded no complaints of anti-social behaviour
against from the premises.
b) anti-social behaviour reports associated with HMOs
As ASB is recorded against a complainant, rather than via housing
type/tenure, the Council does not hold this information
c) Revocation of HMO licenses
HMO licences are only revoked when there is a change of ownership
d) communications with the police regarding HMOs
There has been communication with the Police regarding only one property
that was a licensed HMO
If you have any queries about this email, please contact me.

entitled to pursue any dissatisfaction through the Council’s Complaints
Procedure.
If you are not content with the outcome of your complaint, you may apply
