Thank you for the advice on how to narrow the search down.

I would like all information regarding the current funding allocations and conditions for the Cressingham Estate and the current status of any ballot exemption.

Furthermore, please provide a copy of all communication between Cllr Matthew Bennett at Lambeth council and members of the GLA Housing department dealing with matters relating to Cressingham Gardens regeneration for the past 3 years.

Mayor of London, Greater London Authority

Dear Ms Gniewosz

Cressingham Gardens Estate does not currently benefit from any GLA grant
funding allocation. Whilst a GLA grant allocation had previously been made
to support a regeneration scheme at Cressingham Gardens Estate, this was
withdrawn by mutual agreement between the GLA and the London Borough of
Lambeth. In the event that the London Borough of Lambeth seeks to secure a
new grant funding allocation for redevelopment of Cressingham Gardens
Estate that involves the demolition of any social homes and the
construction of 150 or more homes,  the Mayor would require the London
Borough of Lambeth to demonstrate that residents have supported their
proposals through a ballot. This is to make sure that GLA funding only
supports estate regeneration projects if residents have had a clear say in
plans and support them going ahead.

The GLA has searched for communications between Cllr Bennett and GLA
officers that might have communicated with him regarding Cressingham
Gardens and can confirm no records of communication have been found.

If you are unhappy with the way the GLA has handled your request, you may
complain using the complaints procedure, available at:
[1]http://www.london.gov.uk/mayor-assembly/....

Yours sincerely,

Heather Juman
