Dear Freedom Of Information Team,

It is with a sense of frustration that I note: "Please note the council is withholding the name, direct lines and email addresses of the officers below the level of Head of Service in these teams. In accordance with
section 40(2) of the Act, the personal information about identifiable living individuals is
exempt if disclosure to a third party would contravene one of the UK General Data
Protection Regulations (UK GDPR) principles."

It is in the public interest to understand who the individual responsible for managing this project is. Their Name and Job Title is not "personal information". GDPR does not include public officers, but personal information relating to the private individual.

Thank you for providing the information I've asked for which is in the spirt of public procurement transparency.

Yours sincerely,

Francis Lloyd
