Environmental Information Regulations – Advice & Assistance

considered under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR).

You have asked for the County Parish Holding (CPH) number for a particular
address and for the Rural Payments Agency (RPA) to advise of any grants
related to stewardship or fences and hedges which may be applicable or
available for this property. You also provided a land parcel grid
reference in your email.
 
From our preliminary assessment, it is clear that we will not be able to
answer your request without further clarification. Regulation 9 of
requires public authorities to provide advice and assistance to applicants
where reasonable.
