Please advice the following
How many staff have been recorded as off sick within 48 hours of a covid vaccine?
How many staff are on long term sick due to covid vaccine adverse events, reaction or accident?
How many covid vaccine accidents, incidents or adverse events are recorded in DATIX or DATEX
What is the breakdown of the description of those events?
How many involve death?
