As of 4pm on 13th July, 2021, NHS England reports that 1,623 patients have sadly died in your hospitals, having tested positive for Covid-19.

1. How many of these 1,623 patients had a DNACPR order (or similar decision) on their records?
2. How many of these 1,623 patients only cause of death was recorded as 'U07.1 Covid-19', with no other causes mentioned anywhere on their death certificate?
3. How many of these 1,623 patients died with a disease of the respiratory system (J00-J99) mentioned anywhere on their death certificate?

Requests for information from one of the Care Organisations making up Pennine Acute Trust (Fairfield General Hospital, Rochdale Infirmary, The Royal Oldham Hospital and associated Community Services) are now processed from the Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust base of the Northern Care Alliance.
