Referring to coronavirus.data.gov.uk/testing
As of 9th September testing data has not been updated since 2nd of September and is also not downloadable and is not reported by region.
1) Please ensure the current data is up to date.
2) Make it downloadable
3) Publish the tests processed based on region, reporting region in the same way you would report a positive case.
It is clear this data is available from various reports, but it is not published in a useful way and the official source is stale.

regarding testing data.
PHE present the testing data as soon as possible, usually the same day as
it becomes available to us. Requests for more timely publications should
be addressed to the Department Health and Social Care (DHSC) who supply
the testing data.
The data is downloadable from https://coronavirus.data.gov.uk/testing.
A link to download the data as CSV, JSON or as XML file is on the right
hand side of the page.
The breakdown of the data by region is not available to us and therefore
we cannot include this analysis in the dashboard charts. The DHSC might be
able to supply regional data.
