I ask the Council to provide answers to the following questions:

Does Coventry City Council own on behalf of the people of Coventry any of the land formerly owned by Messrs Gregory Land Co. Ltd. upon which the buildings known as St Thomas More Primary School (Watercall Avenue) now stand?

Does Coventry City Council own on behalf of the people of Coventry any of the land formerly owned by Messrs Gregory Land Co. Ltd. upon which the playing fields, car parks, pathways etc of St Thomas More Primary School (Watercall Avenue) now stand?

Does Coventry City Council have any connection to St Thomas More Primary School (Watercall Avenue) other than through funding by the Local Education Authority?

Does Coventry City Council have any connection to anyone on the Board of Governors of St Thomas More Primary School (Watercall Avenue)?

Does Coventry City Council hold on behalf of the people of Coventry the green space bordered by Knoll Drive and Dawlish Drive?

Thank you for requesting information about land holdings which the Council received on 4
January 2013. Your request has been considered under the Freedom of Information Act
2000 ("The Act").

You have requested the following information;

Does Coventry City Council own on behalf of the people of Coventry any of the land formerly owned by Messrs Gregory Land Co. Ltd. Upon which the buildings
known as St Thomas More Primary School (Watercall Avenue) now stand?

The St Thomas More Catholic Primary School site is partly owned by Coventry City Council and partly by the Arch Diocese of Birmingham Diocesan Education Service.

Does Coventry City Council own on behalf of the people of Coventry any of the land formerly owned by Messrs Gregory Land Co. Ltd. Upon which the playing
fields, car parks, pathways etc of St Thomas More Primary School (Watercall Avenue) now stand?

The land owned by Coventry City Council is the playing field and the land on which the temporary accommodation now sits since the demolition of the Infants block.

The car parks and many of the pathways are not in the ownership of Coventry City Council.

Does Coventry City Council have any connection to St Thomas More Primary School (Watercall Avenue) other than through funding by the Local Education
Authority?

St Thomas More Primary School has purchased some Coventry City Council Services through various Service Level Agreements for 2012/2013.

Does Coventry City Council have any connection to anyone on the Board of Governors of St Thomas More Primary School (Watercall Avenue)?

St Thomas More Primary School has purchased the Services of the Governor Support Service through their Service Level Agreement for 2012/2013.

Does Coventry City Council hold on behalf of the people of Coventry the green space bordered by Knoll Drive and Dawlish Drive?

The green space bordered by Knoll Drive and Dawlish Drive is in the ownership of Coventry City Council.
