Dear Jedidiah

Thank you for your email requesting in formation.

The department that is dealing with this is asking me to clarify a couple of things with you.

Question 2. Do you mean paid in full .

Question 3., I can only provide details of the total amount included in the Summons and Liability Order. Would that be ok ?

Question 4., What does 'unsuccessful' mean? The only truly unsuccessful cases are those which have had to be written off for whatever reason (no trace, bankruptcy etc.). Any case with an amount outstanding can still be pursued and potentially paid in full so cannot be deemed 'unsuccessful'.

Can you please advise

Thank you.

Linda
