Dear London School of Economics,
I am writing to request the following information for course transfers to
(1) LLB Bachelor of Laws,
(2) BSc International Relations; and,
(3) BSc International Relations and History
in 2017/18, 2016/17, 2015/16, 2014/15 and 2013/14 academic years. For each of the courses listed above, please be so kind to provide the following information:
(I) the course they transferred from,
(II) the year which they transferred (e.g. year 2 of his/her degree); and,
(III) their first-year marks.
It will be appreciated if you can maintain a separate spreadsheet for each of the courses when providing information on (I), (II) and (III).
Thank you for your request. We require some further clarification.
A number of these students will have completed their first year of study, then transferred into the start of the first year of a new programme, thereby ending up with two sets of first year marks. Would you requestor like all of these marks, or just the first year marks taken as part of the programme they were originally registered on?
Your request will be placed on hold until we receive this clarification.
Information for just the first year marks taken as part of the programme that they were originally registered on would suffice very well. I apologise for any hassle caused.
Please note that due to the Easter break, this mailbox will not be
monitored between Thursday 29th March 2018 and Wednesday 4th April 2018.
Since you have mentioned, I would also appreciate very much if you could specify which students transferred to the first year of other programmes (the three listed in my original email).
With reference to your request for information under the Freedom of Information Act, please find attached the School's response.
If you think that the information provided does not meet your request, contact me on 020 7955 7554 or write to Louise Nadal, School Secretary, London School of Economics and Political Science, Houghton Street, London, WC2A 2AE.
