[name removed] (Ataliwyd y cyfrif)

Dear University of Westminster,

I would like to be supplied with copies of all teaching materials and past exam papers for the MA International Media Business course you offer. This would include any lecture booklets detailing lecture titles and subjects, reading lists, support documents, course texts where available, marking criteria, PowerPoint presentations, past exam papers and so on.

I would also like request the School to provide the latest statistics for postgraduate admissions (Application number and offer number for each course) from 2017 to 2019.

When considering whether and how to fulfil my request, I ask that you refer to the Information Commissioner's judgment of 30 March 2009 in the case between the University of Central Lancashire and Dr David Colquhoun. You can read that decision here: http://www.ico.gov.uk/upload/documents/d...

You may also wish to read Dr Colquhoun's blog post on the subject: http://www.dcscience.net/?p=1364

Dr Colquhoun's blog details the various rulings at his tribunal. No doubt you will be familiar with all this already.

Yours faithfully,
[name removed due to suspicion of impersonation]

Dear FOI,

Thanks for your reply. If it is possible, could you please attach validation documentation (signed programme approval forms) and Course unit handbooks(in 2 years)? Thanks for your time.

Yours sincerely,

[name removed due to suspicion of impersonation]

Dear [name removed due to suspicion of impersonation],
In relation to your recent request below.

Colleagues have raised the issue with me of the possibility that you are not using your real name, that '[name removed due to suspicion of impersonation]' is a pseudonym?

The FOIA requires that you use your real name on all requests for the request to be valid.

Can you please provide the University with some evidence that your name is [name removed due to suspicion of impersonation], so that we may consider our response.

Regards
Malcolm Bacon
