County Court Judgements

Waiting for an internal review by HM Courts and Tribunals Service of their handling of this request.

Dear Her Majesty’s Courts and the Tribunals Service,
Under the FOI please provide the following pertaining specifically to NORTHAMPTON COUNTY COURT BUSINESS CENTER and no other venue.
1. The names of the qualified solicitors, law society members, and/or Judges, bar association members who sit judicially and under oath of penalty or perjury.
2. How is information laid by a claimant?
3. Who considers the information laid?
4. Was the information laid in Northampton County Court Business Centre heard by a suitably legally qualified judge who is a member of the Law Society and/or been called to the B.A.R, and under oath of penalty or perjury considered the application and issue County Court Judgements?
5. Do the solicitors/law society/bar member Judges sit on their Oath, which swears to support the Coronation Oath to uphold "the laws and usages of the realm"?
6. Are the solicitors/law society/bar member Judges sitting “judicially”, or acting as a corporate “administrative officer”?
7. Are all Administrative Courts UNLAWFUL?
8. Is Halsbury's Law correct in its assertion that; Administrative Law 2011 confirms that administrative law is (nothing more than) an arrangement between the Executive and the Judiciary? And that the Law is absolutely clear on this subject. There is NO authority for administrative courts in this country, and NO Act could be passed to legitimise them.
10. Halsbury's states, quite categorically, that Administrative Courts & Administrative Law FORMS NO PART OF "the laws and usages of the realm". Halsbury's states, quite categorically, that Administrative Courts/Law is "merely an arrangement between the Executive & the Judiciary".
11. When a solicitor/law society/bar member Judge is sworn in, does s/he take an Oath which swears to support the Coronation Oath to uphold "the laws and usages of the realm"?
12. If the answer to Q11 is yes then is it correct that Judges have NO JURISDICTION in Administrative Courts or under Administrative Law. They only have jurisdiction on a Common Law Court with a Jury of 12 (which is part and parcel of "the laws and usages of the realm")?
13. Does the practices of Northampton County Court Business Centre breach Article 6 Human Rights, right to a fair trial?

Yours faithfully,

Darren Dale

Dear Her Majesty’s Courts and the Tribunals Service,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Her Majesty’s Courts and the Tribunals Service's handling of my FOI request 'County Court Judgements'.

The response is unsatisfactory. The questions are in the public interest particularly if justice is to be deemed to be fairly administered. For those who have had to deal with the 'Business Centre,' they have not been able to establish who actually is applying their individual minds and consider individual cases. The general understanding is that there are no legally trained law society member and no B.A.R members. It is merely on the instructions of a corporation that judgements are issued. Your lack of answers will only serve to further fuel the suspicions that it merely a rubber stamping process which councils and coporations pay for to make their claims appear to come from an official court.
