Councillors gifts and hospitality

The request was successful.

Dear Plymouth City Council,

I am unable to locate on your website information whereby Councillors would record and gifts or hospitality afforded to them. If I have missed it please can you direct me to it.

In addition how soon after receipt of good/services should councillors declare this, and how soon after should this be published.

If there is no website data please provide me with a list of all declared gifts/hospitality declared by Councillor Tudor Evans. The data should include the date the gift was given, date declared, a narrative about the type of goods/services and also the business/individual who provided such gift/service.

Yours faithfully,

Paul Gulley

Dear Plymouth City Council,

My apologies I should have detailed that the information I require is from 1 April 2019.

Yours faithfully,

Paul Gulley
