Dear City of Edinburgh Council,

Cllr Nick Cook has made a neutral comment on the Edinburgh Council planning application ref. 19/00792/FUL.

I'd like to know: -

1) The content of the comment
2) What interest, financial or otherwise, Cllr Nick Cook has regarding this application
3) Why has he commented on this one and not a very similar, if not near identical, application on the same street in the same month (ref. 19/00419/FUL)?

Yours faithfully,

John Alan

Correspondence sent from Councillors may be held on Council systems, but is not automatically subject to release through freedom of information legislation. The Scottish Information Commissioner has drawn a distinction between a Councillor acting in their individual representative role and any role they hold as part of the Council (e.g. Provost or Convenor).
