The Chair of the Paddington Waterways Society is a director of this company (and also happens to be a close friend and somewhat of a confidante of Councillor Caplan). Interesting to note the details of former directors.

This request is now overdue.

These companies are not known to Councillor Caplan and he has no
connection with any of them.
