Council tax UNLAWFUL

The request was partially successful.

Dear Croydon Borough Council,

i am aware that LONDON BOROUGH OF CROYDON is operating as a Corporation (PRIVATE Limited Company to be specific) FOR PROFIT not for the benefit of the Society that is governing the PERSONS agreeing to statutory law. i therefore would decline and am detesting against this unlawful act and proclaiming jurisdiction under Common Law as a Human Being not governed by Civil law. thereby rejecting the statues regarding this matter.

These are the several directors/CEOs whom have taken private ownership of Croydon council which can be easily verified by downloading a Customer report from Dun&Bradstreet. i am very much curious and keen to find out the length of service of each of these Persons within this Corporation? as well as why these persons essentially own Croydon Council instead of the public?

Pam Parkes, Personnel Director
Julie Belvir, Director
Peter Brambleby, Director
Nathan Elvery, Director
Paul Greenhalgh, Director
Tom Jeffrey, Director
Damian Roberts, Director

If these individuals govern this Corporation privately instead of the Public as is proclaimed, is it therefore within my legal right to deny to pay my Council Tax? As abiding to it would be unlawful act, will it not? unless i agree to contract wilfully with the said Corporation voluntarily instead of through coercion. Which i do not consent?

if i reject consent in a written formal letter, will i be called in for legal proceedings?and if is the case a lawful court COMMON LAW judged by my peers i will be required before action can go further.

This Corporation LONDON BOROUGH OF CROYDON was constructed in April 1965 according to its website..... However my report from Dun&Bradstreet clearly depicts that this Corporation was created in 1950...... https://www.do-business.net/sbc/Product/...

Now i would like to have the full truthful documentation on when this Corporation was created? Who where the shareholders between the period of 1950 until present (2016)?

Why is this documentation hidden from the Persons of the LONDON BOROUGH OF CROYDON CORPORATION?
Is there another CORPORATION impersonating the council?

if so then please ignore the question below, if not then please answer.

if not than would legal proceeding against the Council for fraudulent behaviour, misconduct be adhered to as well as compensation and refunds for funds paid into a fraudulent entity PRIVATE NOT PUBLIC CORPORATION for the last several years that i have been paying?

Side Note: what authority does LONDON BOROUGH OF CROYDON CORPORATION have in rejecting a promissory note in accordance with the Bill of Exchange Act 1882?

if no authority is given, than please ignore final question

if given autthority, what legal basis is there for LONDON BOROUGH OF CROYDON to reject a Promissory NOTE given in payment in accordance to the Bill of Exchange Act 1882?

look forward to your response!!

Yours faithfully,

Lamar of the family: Leslie
