Ralph Coleman, if you want to know where your council tax money is going? then look within the councils financial annual reports. Look at pages 111, 112, all the way to 117. Our money is also being invested into over 400 worldwide corporations, government debts, and banks. The clocking is ticking.

l do like part of the following reply, "However, as per the “Governance
Arrangements” of the CONTRACT between the Council and Scott & Co, City of Edinburgh Council officials do attend monthly operational and quarterly strategic meetings with Scott & Co". CONTRACT being the key word. MONEY, CIVIL, CONTRACT. AND NOT LAW MIGHT I ADD. NO DUE PROCESS OF LAW, NO COURT NOTICES, NO MOTIONS/PLEAS AND NO COURT ORDERS. NO COURT PAPERWORK.
Are Scott & Co using the role of "Sheriff Officers" and working for the "court" in order to install and put fear into the people and misleading their position? when they are basically acting as private debt collectors? You do know that anybody can employ Scott & Co to pursue a debt for them?
