1. What are the council tax non payment figures, in monetary value and percentage of households.

2. How much does the council spend chasing council tax payments? (either through internal departments or external collectors)

3. How many council tax non payment cases went to court?

4. How many convictions occured?

5. What was the average sentence or fine.

approximately £200K per year.

cases went to court?
Q4 RBWM apply at court for a liability order to enforce the unpaid amount,
not to have the debtor convicted.
Q5 There is no sentence, or fine.
