Council Tax enforcement, is the lawful process being followed?

Provide the following information.

Council’s public liability insurers and the value of the cover provided.

The section 151 officer’s details and any public liability or indemnity insurance they may hold separately.

A copy of the document the council passes off as a court summons, its creators/authors and it authorisers.

A copy of the document the council sends claiming it has been granted a court order, its creators/authors and it authorisers.

The date the Council started to use the signature of Richard Burton Justice Clerk and any agreements/ documents covering its use.

The name of the person whose signature the council used before Richard Burtons.

The Council claims it pays £0.50 for each case it brings in the magistrates' court, this is not an official fee, where does this fee come from and is there any agreements between the council and court regarding this free?

creators/authors and it authorisers.  – copy of the court summons attached

 

A copy of the document the council sends claiming it has been granted a
court order, its creators/authors and it authorisers. - copy of the
liability order letter attached

 

The date the Council started to use the signature of Richard Burton
Justice Clerk and any agreements/ documents covering its use. - Richard
Burton’s signature was used on court summonses up until April 2018 and his
signature is no longer used on the summonses.  The Council hold no further
information about signatures.

 

The name of the person whose signature the council used before Richard
Burtons. Not known. The Council hold no further information about
signatures.

 

The Council claims it pays £0.50 for each case it brings in the
magistrates' court, this is not an official fee, where does this fee come
from and is there any agreements between the council and court regarding
this free? The fees are listed in The Court of Protection, Civil
Proceedings and Magistrates’ Courts Fees (Amendment) Order 2018 (SI 2018
No. 812)
