COUNCIL Tax AND HOUSING Benefit

Newham Borough Council did not have the information requested.

Dear Newham Borough Council,

I have some some queries to be answered urgently:

1. Does the council respect and follow human rights and family and children Act?

2. Can the council ask for money at any time despite the person saying that he does not have money and is not well? Documents have been provided.

3. A family who is supposed to be getting help from the council and is a person who is asylum seeker and cannot work... Despite being disabled and following community care... Can the council harass this person despite submitting an appeal against the council decision?

4. Does the council follow the NRPF network rule set up by Parliament?

5. Does the council make discrimination?

Thank you

Yours faithfully,

afham

This sounds a terrible situation. Newham should be aware of their obligations towards people who are classified as having No Recourse to Public Funds.

The borough of Islington operate an NRPF Network to encourage good practice. Wonder if Newham are members?

Stop corruption in Newham Council left an annotation ()

Hi

The answers to do Newham Council discriminate against health, equality is yes! I can vouch for this how I have been treated personally. They have abused power, failed to care out duty of care tiwards me and have my home in proper rentalable standard after accepting duty of care of me, and admitting wrong doing with compensation twice. I have waited five yrs plus for repairs that were agreed. They have failed to comply with DAR on numeroys occasions, as well as telling ither organisations not to supply me with data information I requested. However on one request to LGO I discovered what appears to be biased, corruption with staff siding with Council to intimidate snd bully me. The LGO in my experience are not to be trusted and any dealings with them I urge people if complaining about councils to protect yourself snd ask for sight of whats written about you as I was horrified at allegations, slander, falsfying if facts, outrageous claims. Now all gone silent to try and intimidate me. If their doing it to me, I bet thiusands of others unjustly treated, bullied, discriminated against, failed in duty towards them as the culture to abuse power within is from top down. I urge others to ask for data on them, to ask for figures on complaints, to see how many housed with illnesses, disability with long waiting lists. To check recirds of LGO complaints upheld against Newham Council. I swear my gut right its corruption as their sticking to each other like glue, the waste of money thats paid by the general publical to run these organisions is sickening. I want to name and shame every person who has played their part. And every part of whats hapoened to me is most likely happened to others and worse, I just fight harder and yes its wearing me down, its near broke me, but I owe it to myself and ithers to carry on to seek justice.
