Council policy regarding persistent fly-tipping

Steve Woods made this Rhyddid Gwybodaeth request to Bristol City Council

Roedd y cais yn llwyddiannus.

Dear Bristol City Council,

This is a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act.

Please provide Bristol City Council's written policies - if such exist - for tackling persistent fly-tipping from:

a) residential properties;
b) business premises;
c) other locations (e.g. communal/trade waste bins situated on the footway).

If no such policies exist, I would be grateful to receive an explanation as to why there are no such policies, given the city's enormous problems with environmental crime.

Yours faithfully,

Steve Woods
