Dear Stockton on Tees Council,
Yesterday in my local public house I was greeted with a beer mat 'setting the bar' with the Stockton on Tees Borough Council logo on it, could you kindly inform us, the taxpayers, as to why we are now providing beer mats to pubs and the cost of doing such.

Yours faithfully,

G Stephens
