Please could you provide me with the following information:
1) The number of people on the council’s housing waiting list?
2) How many people are in each band of priority?
3) How many properties in the council’s housing stock, and how many are vacant?
4) What is the longest time a person has been on the waiting list?

Band 1 – 281
Band 2 - 287
Band 3 - 443
Band 4 - 4213
3) How many properties in the council’s housing stock, and how many are
vacant?
North East Lincolnshire Council does not hold this information as our
social housing stock was transferred through a Large Scale Voluntary
Transfer (LSVT) to a new registered provider of housing, Shoreline Housing
Partnership Ltd (now Lincolnshire Housing Partnership) on the 21^st March

under the Dangerous Wild Animal Act? Which species of animal have been
confiscated in these instances?

authority have been prosecuted and subsequently convicted under the
Dangerous Wild Animal Act? Which species of animal were involved? What
sentences were imposed?

3) Since 1^st January 2018, how many individuals in your local
authority have you instigated prosecution against under the Dangerous Wild
Animal Act, but have not subsequently been convicted? Which species of
animal were involved? Why were the individuals not convicted?

4) Since 1^st January 2018, how many individuals in your local
authority have you considered prosecuting under the Dangerous Wild Animal
Act, but have subsequently chosen not to prosecute? Which species of
