Dear LBC Feedback,

Thank you for your response.
We see only 1 Fostering transaction for November 2018. Is that correct?
Whereas, other months have many more (For eg. Oct 2018 has 288)

That is why we requested data for those 2 months, data seems to be missing, after we have conducted our analysis.

With Regards,
nikhil prabhu

Dear Luton Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Luton Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Council Expenditure or Payment to Suppliers for Sep & Nov 2018'.

[ GIVE DETAILS ABOUT YOUR COMPLAINT HERE ]
We have analysed data on your transperancy sitehttps://www.luton.gov.uk/Business/Doing%... and find that Health & Social Care payments (particularly Fostering related) seem to be missing for Sep 2018 as well as Nov 2018. Whilst all the other months in 2018/2019 contain atleast 100 Fostering related transactions (for eg. Oct. 2018 has 288) these 2 months have none or just 1. Hence, we kindly request you to please provide us with missing data or a suitable explanation for this (happenstance perhaps?)

If it would help, I am specifically looking for payments to suppliers who provide a service ONLY in Health and Social Care for Sep 2018 & Nov 2018. This would include all suppliers falling under the categories :-

1. Payments to suppliers who provide fostering and adoption services to the Council
2. Payments to suppliers who provide care services to the council. This would include suppliers who provide care under each of below -
a. Children's Residential/ Nursing Care Providers
b. Adult Residential/ Nursing Care Providers
c. Elderly Residential/ Nursing Care Providers
d. Domiciliary Care Home Providers
e. Supported Living Care Home Providers
f. Care at Home Providers
g. Providers who carry out Homeless Services
3. Payments to suppliers who provide Special Education Services

In particular I am looking for itemized transactions for suppliers, preferably in CSV format. As a minimum, please make sure to include the date, value and recipient of each transaction. I look forward to the information at the earliest.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

Yours faithfully,
nikhil prabhu
