Is currently in a poor state of repair due to neglect by the current owners.
Workmen have even been seen taking slates off the roof!
These concerns have been reported to the council a number of times.
The council have this responsibility...

1, What action of any kind they have undertaken to protect the building? A
Section 215 Notice requiring repairs has been served 2, What action is
currently being planned? We understand the property is currently in the
process of being sold and that completion is expected soon. Once the new
ownership is confirmed, the planning enforcement team will follow-up on
all the outstanding issues with the building with the new owners.

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be
submitted within two months of the date of receipt of this response and
should be sent to the address below.

Please ensure all email correspondence is sent to the
