Stroud District Council

Dear Sirs,

Request for Information

Thank you for your request for information

The information you have requested under the Freedom of Information act can be found below.

The Stroud water Canal and the Thames and Severn Canal is not a fully navigable section of canal. The canal is navigable from Stroud Brewery to Ocean Bridge (known as Phase 1A), and the section between Ocean Bridge and Saul Junction (known as Phase 1B) is currently being restored under the National Lottery Heritage Fund bid. The mooring locations along this stretch of canal are being developed and Stroud District Council are involved in these plans as a member of the Cotswolds Connected Project Board. However, no decisions have yet been made about current or future mooring time limits for boats.

Yours sincerely
