Costing for gate at St Georges Pier - Menai Bridge

The request was partially successful.

Dear Isle of Anglesey Council,
Please inform me of the cost of the following :-

Maunufacture, supply and fitting of the recently installed access / exit gate at St Geoges Pier Menai Bridge.
Associated costs : i.e. Electrical works.
I do not require or ask for contractor invoices.
Are all of these costs fully borne by the council ?
If not ,has the council received or expecting any financing for the gate from others ? -i.e Local companies, charities etc.
Were the works tendered or were quotes requested ?
When were enquiries sent out to contractors for the works / specifications etc
When was it deemed that a gate was required?

Is there a service contract in place for the repair and maintenance of the gate and for the servicing and checking that the keypad and associated electrics are functional ?
How often will checks be carried out on the electrics ?
Will a written record be available ?
How much is the contract per annum ?
Is there an emergency telephone number for those who need to egress the pier ( i.e evening sailors, Prince Madog Crew, HM Coastguard, RNLI) from the seaward side when the gate is locked ?
Where is a emergency number displayed in case the gate won't open from the seaward side ?
Is the number manned by a council employee ?

Yours faithfully,

G K Jones

agreement. No tenders for the gate were necessary under the Council's
procurement rules.

Following costs fully borne by the Council: Manufacture, supply and
