Dear Wycombe District Council,

I would like all correspondence between the council and the organisers of 'Pub In the Park' 2017 and 2018 regarding the negotiation of the price for hiring Higginson Park for a private, commercial event as well as the details of any additional costs (actual or anticipated) to the local council for any services required during the event e.g. clean up, policing, traffic management etc.

In addition I would like the pricing scheme used to calculate the price for renting out public parks in the district.

information relating to Correspondence regarding 'Pub In the Park' event
in Higginson Park, which I received on 5 February 2018. 

I have forwarded your request for information to Neil Stannett,
Environment Manager who will contact you shortly if he requires any
additional information in order to respond to your request appropriately. 
He will also contact you if he feels your request may fall under a
requirement for a fee to be levied regarding the request for information
this fee will need to be paid prior to the request for information being
answered. 

Every effort will be made to respond to you within 10 working days of
receipt of your request.  However, if because of the nature of your
request further investigations are necessary, we will respond within the
20 working day maximum entitled to us under the Freedom of Information Act
2000.

I can confirm that Wycombe District Council does hold information falling within the description specified in your request. Please find the relevant details:

The charges for 2017 were as follows:

£5,000.00 hire charge + £717.00 cost of a replacement bench which was damaged. Please see the attached email correspondence.

The charges for 2018 are:

£15,000.00 hire charge and a top up charge of £2.00 per ticket sold over 15,000 with a maximum attendance anticipated to be 27,500 in total. Please see attached email correspondence.
