cost of new tide doors on Heversham Main drain

The request was successful.

Dear Environment Agency,

Can you please let me know how much the Environment Agency has spent on designing and replacing the tide doors on the Heversham Main drain near Milnthorpe. The grid reference is 348870, 481481 SD 489815.

The doors were replaced in 2017 and these replacement doors are still not working properly leading to farmland flooding. The work included two attempts to replace the doors and several visits by specialist divers. Can you please include the costs of this attendance as well.

With thanks

Yours faithfully,

JC Oston MRICS
