Dear Mr Duff

Further to your request for information under the Freedom of Information
(Scotland) Act 2002 relating to the above I am now able to respond.

I can advise that all claims are published on the Council's website under
each Elected Member's name so you would need to know who is/was on the
Board during the period you are interested in, however Members would only
claim a journey to HQ once on an expenses form on any given date.  If they
attended more than one meeting on that day, they might choose to itemise
one of the other meetings rather than the Licensing Board.  One way to
check would be to go through the Minutes of the Licensing Board to confirm
attendance, then match up against the claim forms for that Member(s) .
