Cost of letters to British citizens in the EU, advising them to prepare for Brexit.

Roedd y cais yn llwyddiannus.

Dear NHS Business Services Authority,

I would like to know the cost of sending letters to British citizens living in the EU, advising them of how to prepare for Brexit?

Furthermore could you please tell me where this money came from? Was it from the overall NHS budget or from some other government department budget?

Yours faithfully,

Carol Harper
