Cost of Cancelled Agrisculpture Event

Dear West Lindsey District Council,

I am looking to find out how much money the District Council has spent on the Agrisculpture Trail Event.

The event was scheduled to happen on October the 17th but was cancelled in late september.

Specifically, I'd like to know:

1- how much money was spent planning the event?
2 - How much money has been spent on marketing for the event?
3 - how much money has been paid to artists to plan or design the 15 sculptures?
4 - How much will be paid to artists who have worked on designs or plans for sculptures?
5 - how much has it costed to publicise that the event was cancelled?
