St.Helens Council, St Helens Metropolitan Borough Council

Dear Ms Hill,

I apologise for the delay in receiving the information you have requested.
I also apologise that your first request for an internal review has not
been actioned, this was logged to the incorrect officer and as such today
is the first contact I have received in relation to your request.

As the information has not yet been provided I am unable to conduct a
review. However, I have chased this up with the assigned officer and asked
for the information to be provided as soon as possible and for them to let
me know when this has been done.

I apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. If you remain unhappy
you have the right to complain to the ICO which you can do via their
website www.ico.org.uk

Thank you

Cheryl Boland

Dear St.Helens Council,
Cost of Barristers for Parkside Phase 1 and Parkside Link Road reference number 20210202-00402-1 You will note that my request is long overdue. I have requested an internal review but as you had not yet received the information, there was nothing to review. I find it odd that work carried out by barristers at private chambers have not yet made any request for payment for work carried out prior to, during and after the inquiry. Please advise the timescale and process of how/when invoices are settled (in relation to my request). Please advise if pro-rata, interim payments and retainers have been made. You will note I have made a further 3 requests for different inquiries (Haydock Point, Omega 8 and Local Plan) and I am assuming these will be handled along the same lines.

Yours sincerely,

Wendy Hill
