The Council has more than one contracted provider of temporary agency workers and the charge rates for temporary agency worker assignments can vary according to a number of factors including supplier, type of role and length of assignment (in respect of the Agency Worker Regulations 2010).

Typically, the total weekly charge to the Council for a new assignment supplied by the Council’s main contracted supplier of temporary agency workers (based on a standard 36 hour week) is:

Grade 3 equivalent - £347.04 per week

Grade 4 equivalent - £389.52 per week
