Thank you for your request for information that was received on 3 July
2020 concerning Dear Liverpool City Council,

In your response of 27 May 2020 to request FOI3438423 made by M Dean you
advised that land at Derby Road under Land Registry titles MS640545 and
MS631148 made up one of 4 sites authorised for purchase by Cabinet at the
meeting on 11 December 2015.

In your response of 2 July to FOI323803 you further advised that MS640545
was one of three titles acquired by the council for a total of some
£2,126,500 - the other two being MS138467 and MS138488.

Would you please therefore advise:

1. The date on which MS631148 was acquired.
2. The purchase price (as according to Land Registry this is not shown on
the title)
