Cost of acquiring Land on the East side of Derby Road MS631148

Roedd y cais yn llwyddiannus.

Dear Liverpool City Council,

In your response of 27 May 2020 to request FOI3438423 made by M Dean you advised that land at Derby Road under Land Registry titles MS640545 and MS631148 made up one of 4 sites authorised for purchase by Cabinet at the meeting on 11 December 2015.

In your response of 2 July to FOI323803 you further advised that MS640545 was one of three titles acquired by the council for a total of some £2,126,500 - the other two being MS138467 and MS138488.

Would you please therefore advise:

1. The date on which MS631148 was acquired.
2. The purchase price (as according to Land Registry this is not shown on the title)

Yours faithfully,

Brian Abbott

Dear Liverpool City Council,

By law, you should normally have responded promptly and by 3 August 2020 to the FOI request I made on 3 July 2020, which was titled Cost of Acquiring Land on the East side of Derby Road MS631148.

Your response is therefore overdue so please now give this matter your urgent attention.

Yours sincerely,

Brian Abbott

Dear Liverpool City Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Liverpool City Council's handling of my FOI request 'Cost of acquiring Land on the East side of Derby Road MS631148'.

My request on 3 July 2020 asked for the acquisition date and cost of MS631148, which was one of the sites purchased in connection with the Mayoral Recommendation to acquire land for the Cemex plant on Brunswick Place and premises for King Construction (the trading name of Knowlsey Contractors Ltd).

The legal deadline for you to reply was 3 August 2020 and as you have failed to respond, despite a further 5 weeks having elapsed, I am now requesting an internal review. If a reply is not received in the next week a complaint about your handling of this request will be sent to the Information Commissioner.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

Yours faithfully,

Brian Abbott
