COSLA "issues log"

Roedd y cais yn llwyddiannus.

Dear Orkney Islands Council,

Please treat this email as a Freedom of Information request.

In your response to my recent FOI request FOI 2020-103 you included an email from COSLA that made reference to an "issues log."

Please could you supply me with all copies of the COSLA "issues log" received by Orkney Islands council in the last 12 months?

I look forward to hearing from you in due course.

Yours faithfully,

Ally Tibbitt

foi, Orkney Islands Council

Dear Sir

Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 – Request for Information

Thank you for your information request dated 17 December 2020 and received on 17 December 2020. Our reference is FOI 2020-1061. This is being dealt with under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.

We are considering your request. We may be in touch soon to ask for further clarification or to offer advice and assistance if we are not able to fulfil your request in its present form.

The legislation allows us up to 20 working days from the date that we receive a valid request, including any clarification we need to make a final response. We will be in touch within 20 working days of receipt of your initial request to provide our response or to seek clarification where necessary. We hope to give you the information you are looking for at an earlier date if possible.

The Council is under significant pressure to deliver only essential services whilst the current social isolation measures are in place within the UK. Whilst we have a legal obligation to respond to FOIs, EIRs and SARs, we are unlikely to be able to respond at present within the normal timescales and there will inevitably be some delays. We apologise for any inconvenience, although we are sure that you will fully understand the situation.
