Dear Mr. Evans,

Thank you for your request sent on the 14th April 2016.

Having looked at your request we are seeking clarification on the points
raised in your request.

·       Do you have the government instruction refered to in the request –
retaining company lists – these are bound under retention periods and may
be destroyed unless otherwise

·       All correspondence/supplier details  may or may not be bound by
retention periods – please specify type – these may be destroyed under
retention periods unless otherwise.

·       The list of guests/names may not be released and as it does not
fall under retention this may be destroyed

·       All payments fall under financial retention periods – most records
will fall under 7yrs – theses records may be destroyed

Most of the requested records will be destroyed.

As advised, we require clarification of the points raised before we can
proceed with completing our response to ensure that we are providing the
appropriate information that you require.

Whilst we are awaiting your clarification, we will place your request “on
hold” until we receive your response. This extends the 20 working day
timescale which will start again once we receive feedback from our
clarification points above. If we do not receive clarification within
three months your request will be considered to have lapsed.

Yours sincerely,

Dear FOIA (RTH) OUH,

Thank you very much for your prompt response on this matter which is greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately I do not not have the instruction to hand however this was also an open agreement reached by UKHCD's. I appreciate sometime has lapsed for the period of which I am requesting and I would be grateful for anything you may still have, I am more than happy to pay any associated fees as I understand the material I am asking for may be quite substantial.

Yours sincerely,

JJ Evans

Dear FOIA (RTH) OUH,
