Request for information under the Environmental Information Regulations
2004 (EIR)

 

We refer to your request for information of 1 November 2020

 

We respond to requests for information under the Freedom of Information
Act 2000 (FOIA) and the associated Environmental Information Regulations
2004 (EIR). The information you have requested is environmental and so we
are considering your request under the provisions of the EIR. 

 

Normally our response would be due today. However due to the complexity of
information requested, we are unable to comply with the request within
that  period. As allowed for under EIR regulation 7, we are extending the
period within which we will respond from 20 working days to 30 working
days. We will now respond by Monday 14 December. We will of course respond
to you before then if we can.
