Dear Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal (Scotland),

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal (Scotland)'s handling of my FOI request 'Correspondence between Humza Yousaf and Crown Office'.

Given the close cooperation that should exist between the Justice Minister and the Crown Office I find it utterly incredulous that only one piece of information exists. No electronic emails, memo's, anything between the parties involved, nothing from anyone from both sides. This is very strange and concerning that a Justice Minister does not regularly keep in contact with an Office of such importance to him?

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

Yours faithfully,

James Keenan
