Thank you for your email on the 3rd December in which you requested the
following information:

 

I can confirm that Historic England holds information that falls within
the scope of your request and that, under the Freedom of Information Act
(FoIA) 2000, I am able to provide you with that information, as enclosed.

 

Which Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Finance system do you
currently use?  What is the value & expiry date of your current
contract/licence? What are the extension options?

 

HE & EH uses Capita Integra 2 - £58K pa . Contract Expires in 2024. The
options are to enter into a new 2/3/4 year contract or not when the
contract expires.

 

Which Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System do you currently use?
What is the value & expiry date of your current contract/licence? What are
the extension options?

 

HE uses Dynamics 365 which is provided under its EA ends Feb 2024. With ~
150 licences in active use

 

Which Supply Chain Management (SCM) System do you currently use? What is
the value & expiry date of your current contract/licence? What are the
extension options?

 

NA - HE does not use a SCM system

 

Which Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Scenario Planning or
Strategic Modelling system do you currently use? What is the value &
expiry date of your current contract/licence? What are the extension
options?

 

NA - HE does not use a EPM system

 

Which Human Capital Management (HCM) or HR system do you currently use?
What is the value & expiry date of your current contract/licence? What are
the extension options?

 

HE uses MHR iTrent shared with English Heritage £45K pa - cost pro rata
for HE. Contract expiry March 2022

 

Which Analytics or Business Intelligence systems do you currently use?
What is the value & expiry date of your current contract/licence? What are
the extension options?

 

HE uses Microsoft Power BI Pro with 25 licences in active use

 

Do you have any plans to migrate to a fully integrated, fully cloud based
back-office system in the next two years?

 

HE is currently migrating to Microsoft 365 due to complete June 2021
