With reference to your e-mail received 20/10/2020 requesting information:

 

Please provide information relating to Corby Borough Council consulting
with chief of police under Schedule 9, para 20 to the  Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as regards PARKLAND GATEWAY car park,  Corby.

 

I am writing requesting clarification. Can you confirm who you refer to
when you refer to Chief of Police ?

 

Can you advise when you believe this communication to have taken place ?

 

Can you provide more information regarding exactly what the consultation
refers to?

 

Can you confirm how this communication took place (e-mail, letter, phone
correspondence or meeting?)

 

 To try and locate the relevant data and in order for the force to be able
to know who to task the request out to, and for them to know what it is
that they are trying to retrieve, the force will need to know what they
are looking for.

 

This is to inform you that Northamptonshire Police are currently dealing
with high levels of demand for information. Every effort will be made to
ensure that you receive an appropriate response on time, however, we may
not be able to complete the response to your request within 20 working
days. The ICO is aware and we are currently enacting a recovery plan.
