Thank you for your email requesting the governing document for
the charity, the Calleva Foundation, charity registered number 1078808
under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).

I can confirm your request has been dealt with under the FOIA. 

Under Section 21 of the FOIA there is no obligation on a Public Authority
to provide information to an applicant where that information is already
considered to be reasonably accessible to the applicant by other means. 

However we consider requests for copies of charity governing documents to
fall under our duties and obligations at Section 18 the Charities Act
2011. 

Section 18 requires the Charity Commission to, at the request of any
person, provide that person with copies of, or extracts from, any document
in the Commission’s possession which is for the time being open to or
available for inspection under any provision of the 2011 Act.  

Therefore in accordance with Section 18 of the Charities Act 2011 please
find attached a copy of the governing document that you requested.

If you think our decision is wrong, you can ask for it to be reviewed.  
Such requests should be submitted within three months of the date of our
response and should be addressed to the Charity Commission at PO Box 211,
