Dear Cabinet Office,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Cabinet Office's handling of my FOI request 'Copy of Report Into Domestic Petrol Storage Advice By Government & Subsequent Serious Burns Incident'.
I allege that in terms or the Health & Safety Executive legislation and Statutory Instruments surrounding RIDDOR ....
.... you are legally obliged to report and act on the workplace advice given by your employee Frances Maude MP as his broadcast advice to people was made from his place of work, and allegedly as a result, a lady suffered appalling burns and was hospitalised in a serious RIDDOR regulated reporting incident.
As such there should, by law, be documents within your department, relating to this that may be released in terms of my original FOI request.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,
