Council (ACC) has completed the necessary search for the information
requested. Our response is now detailed below.
I am writing to request a copy of your contract/agreement with Scot-Mid,
8-10 Sclattie Park with reference to their storage container permanently
located in the “lorry turning” area of the Sclattie Park car park (lower).
We have no record of an agreement to permit Scot-Mid to leave a storage
container at this location.
We are unable to provide you with information on copy of your
contract/agreement with Scot-Mid, 8-10 Sclattie Park as it is not held by
ACC. In order to comply with our obligations under the terms of Section
17 of the FOISA, we hereby give notice that this information is not held
by us.
