Dear Ministry of Justice,
Is it possible to obtain paper copies of a chosen Act or other Statutory Instrument under provisions of The Freedom Of Information Act? And if so; is there a charge for such a disclosure of recorded information?
Dear Mr Lee,
Thank you for your email.
There is no charge for submitting a Freedom of Information request. I would be grateful if you could let me know specifically what recorded information you would like and I can log your request for response.

Dear Data Access & Compliance Unit,
I realise no charge can be made for an application for disclosure; If you could confirm that no charge will be be levied for providing a paper copy of an Act or other Statutory Instrument please...
As an example; if I were to request a copy of a primary legislation, would I have to pay a fee per page etc.?
Darryl J Lee (Mr.)
Dear Mr Lee,
