Dear Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council,
Under freedom of information I would like to formally request details of all correspondence (written, email, text and any other media communication) and minutes of meetings (including informal contemporaneous notes) in connection with archaeological matters relating to the Knowls Lane development, specifically, the Outline Application (PA/343269/19), Conditions Discharged Applications (CND/348141/21 & CND/348316/22) and Reserved Matters application (RES/347759/21), between the case officer Graham Dickman, and any external consultees and body including and not limited to the following:
1. Russell Homes
2. Planning Officers and/or other members of the department
3. Greater Manchester Archaeological Advisory Service (GMAAS)
I understand that FOI disclosures limit the amount of personal information that is disclosed, and would ask that you redact as necessary. If my query is too broad or would benefit from refinement, then I’m more than happy to amend and would ask that you contact me as soon as possible.
