Convictions - disorderly offences
Dear Crown Prosecution Service,
I would like statistical information regarding the number of convictions and unsuccessful prosecutions (per year) under the following Acts:
- Licensing Act 2003, section 140,
- Licensing Act 2003, section 141,
- Each section of the Metropolitan Police Act 1839,
- Each section of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847.
I would like this information for as far back as reasonably possible, with a minimum of the past 5 years.
