Dear British Transport Police,

'Accelerated Misconduct Hearing outcome PC Kieran Ball'

The act of voyeurism happened on 10/6/21 and PC Ball was found guilty on 6/4/23. He was dismissed on 2/5/23.

'Following enquiries by Warwickshire Police, Ball’s mobile devices were seized and he was arrested on suspicion of voyeurism and suspended from the force immediately.'

Please provide the date on which he was suspended on full pay.

According to a source “He has been suspended from duty since the force was notified of the investigation in June this year” (that was published in Dec 2021. So one would assume he was suspended as soon as BTP were notified which should have been immediately.
