Dear Saugirdas Remeikis,

I refer to your Freedom of Information request of 15/04/2019 in relation
to upcoming projects.

From our preliminary assessment, it is clear that we will not be able to
answer your request without further clarification.

The Council requires further information in order to identify and locate
the information you have asked for. In particular, it would be useful to
know what type of upcoming projects are you referring to?

Once you have clarified your request, I will be able to process your
request.  If I do not receive clarification within three months your
request will be considered to have lapsed. (Under section 1(3) of the
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), a public authority need not comply with
a request unless any further information reasonably required to locate the
information is supplied).

Please remember to quote the reference number above in any future
communications.

Matterson, Nathan, Southampton City Council

Dear Saugirdas,

In order to process your request we need you to confirm what type of
“upcoming projects” you are referring to in your recent request for
information.

As it currently stands, this is too broad a definition for the Council to
be able to identify the information you require. For example, it would be
helpful if you could specify services or service areas in which you would
like to know about “upcoming projects”.- please note this is an example of
how you could clarify the request, but if you can be more specific there
may be other ways in which we can provide you the information you want.

If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind Regards,
